Tufted carpet creation workshop at Maak & Transmettre

Maak & Transmettre is a creative workshop and a non-profit organization that works to make the tufting technique and its tools accessible to everyone during workshops and events. Tufting is a technique often used for carpets and can be done with an electric gun. Unlike other textile techniques, the tufting gun gives an immediacy that is quite intuitive and fun. During this workshop, the creators propose to initiate you to this technique by realizing a small carpet.

Maak & Transmettre is a non-profit organization that works to make the tufting technique and its tools accessible to everyone through workshops and events (exhibitions, conferences, etc.). Three designers are at the initiative of this project: Alice Emery, industrial designer, Salomé Corvalan and Mathilde Pecqueur, textile designers. They also make their own creations.
